Service was okay but they didn't have the part they promised, so I had to make two trips to Great Neck. The car was cleaned perfectly though.

Good service, a bit slow
They fixed my alignment, but the car wasn't ready until late in the day. The staff is nice, just wish they were a bit more efficient.
