The car is great, no issues there. But sitting in the lobby for three hours just to sign papers is ridiculous. The staff was friendly but very slow.

Nice selection of vehicles in Miami. I ended up getting a decent trade-in value for my truck. Only dropped a star because the lobby is a bit small.
