Decent work, high labor costs
They fixed my steering issue, but the hourly labor rate is pretty steep. Still, it's safer now so I guess it's worth it.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Brought my cart in for a simple checkup and they damaged the body paint. When I complained, they denied it even happened. Never again.
