Got a great deal on a scooter. It's fun and runs well. Service was nice, though they were a bit slow with paperwork.

Long wait for service
Brought my cart in for a simple battery check and it took them four days. Communication was very poor.

Needs better parts organization
They seem to struggle with keeping parts in stock. I've had to visit twice for a simple tire change.

Disappointed in the rental quality
Rented a cart for the weekend and the batteries were dead within two hours. Really ruined our plans for the day.
