The cart is perfect, but the service guy forgot to call me back about the repair status. I had to call them repeatedly. Good product, bad follow up.

Nice shop with plenty of options
Got a great deal on a refurbished model. It runs like new. Only giving 4 stars because the shop was a bit dusty, but the staff was great.
