Staff is polite but the dealership was super crowded. felt like they were juggling too many customers at once so i had to wait a while for help.

Just bought a used suv and the process was quick. they explained the maintenance records clearly so i knew exactly what i was buying. zero issues.

Decent but slow
The car is fine but the paperwork took forever. spent way too long sitting in the lobby waiting for the finance person to get their act together.
