Tires were installed incorrectly

They put the directional tires on backwards. Had to drive back the next day to get it corrected. Very frustrating.

The only shop I trust

Not impressed with the quality
They over-torqued my lug nuts and I had a hell of a time getting them off when I got a flat later on.

Quick and efficient tire change
In and out in under 45 minutes for a full set. They even checked my alignment for free. Excellent service all around.
