Scheduled an appointment but still sat there for three hours for a simple nail patch. Communication about the delay was non-existent. Pretty disappointed today.

Ordered some specialized tires and was told they'd be here by Friday. Showed up and they hadn't even been ordered. Huge waste of my time today.

Good experience overall. My car needed an urgent tire swap and the guys here handled it efficiently. Would be 5 stars if they were open just a bit later.

Came in with a slow leak. They found the screw, patched it, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Exceptional service from the whole team.

Dropped my car off and didn't get a status call all day. When I called them, they hadn't even started. Very frustrated with the lack of updates.
