Came in for an alignment and left with a scratch on my rim. They denied it and were completely unprofessional about the whole situation.

Decent service, bad communication
The tires are great, but the communication on when my car would be finished was completely off. Took way longer than promised.

Good tires and nice staff
Happy with my new set of tires. They installed them quickly and checked my pressure. The lobby was a little messy though.

The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right all-season tires for my minivan.
