Stood around for three hours just to get my gate pass. They clearly were understaffed today and it made for a frustrating afternoon. Needs better organization.

Hidden fees were frustrating
Didn't realize how much the buyer premiums would add up to. Ended up paying way more than I expected for the truck. Read the fine print carefully.
