Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes while three employees talked about their weekend. Nobody even acknowledged me. I left and went elsewhere.

Reliable parts store mostly
Usually find everything for my van here. Prices are competitive and the store is clean. Sometimes they are out of specific fluids, but they order fast.

Mixed bag for specialized parts
They had the spark plugs but couldn't get the specific ignition coil I needed for my imported truck. Nice enough, just limited on obscure items.

Good local auto supply
Solid selection of tools and liquids. Mike helped me find the right brake pads for my SUV. Prices are fair for a physical store.
