Unprofessional and very poor communication
I called three times to follow up on a title transfer and nobody ever called me back. Absolutely terrible communication for a buyer.

Okay dealership but slow service
The cars are nice enough, but the wait time to finalize financing was honestly ridiculous. They need to be more efficient with customers.

Good inventory, bad paperwork flow
The car is great, but waiting three hours for the final paperwork was too much. They need better staffing in the back office.
