Broken machine ruins day
Rented a pressure washer and it leaked oil everywhere. Had to take it back and lost half my day. Wish they checked the machines better.

Solid rental experience

Decent gear but busy
Rental gear is fine but they get really backed up in the mornings. Waited like twenty minutes just to talk to someone at the desk. Could be faster.

Long wait for pickup
Sat in the lot for forty minutes waiting for them to load my truck. They were understaffed and just didn't seem to care.
