I had an appointment but still had to wait three hours just for an oil change. They were totally overbooked and disorganized today.

Nice dealership with good inventory
Found a nice used Chrysler here for my daughter. The price was fair and the car was clean. Had to wait a bit for financing but it was worth it.

Worst experience ever. They promised a price and then tacked on hidden fees at the last second. Management refused to do anything about it.
