Great car but paperwork took time
I love the sedan I picked up here. Gregg helped me with the trade-in on my old Honda and gave me a fair value. The actual finance paperwork took longer than expected but the staff was friendly.

Hidden issues with the vehicle
The car started making a noise two days after purchase. Brought it back and they were hesitant to look at it. Finally got them to check, but it was stressful.

Vehicle was fine but service slow
I like the car I bought, but the detailing wasn't finished when I arrived to pick it up. I had to hang out for another hour while they scrubbed the backseat.
