I went in for a simple fix and left with more issues than I arrived with. The communication is nonexistent and the mechanics clearly didn't check their work. Never coming back.

I went in for a routine check-up and the service team was excellent. They kept me updated on the wait time and even washed my car before returning it. Professional and very efficient.

I really loved the initial sale, but getting a simple part replaced weeks later has been a nightmare. Nobody returns calls and I've been waiting for updates for way too long. Very frustrating.
