Came in for a used civic and left happy. Marcus was super helpful and didnt pressure me. The whole process took maybe two hours total. Everything was clean and price was fair.

Lots of variety in inventory. Prices were marked clearly on the windows. I found a nice suv that fit my needs perfectly. The finance guy was fast and polite too.

i was promised a car would be ready for me to test drive at 10am. didnt get to see it until noon. wasting half my Saturday is not great service.

found major rust hidden by trim after driving it home. they ignored my calls for two days. very disappointed in the lack of honesty regarding vehicle condition.

Staff was friendly enough. A bit slow on the paperwork but the car is in great shape. Decent deal overall.
