The manager was incredibly rude when I tried to return a defective cable. Definitely lost a loyal customer over a ten dollar item.

Solid shop, good prices
Good experience overall. Some of the gear is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff is always friendly and willing to chat.

Huge inventory, slightly crowded
Great selection of gear but the aisles are a bit narrow and crowded. Still, the staff were super helpful and I found what I needed.
