Called to check if something was in stock, guy put me on hold for 20 minutes and then just hung up. Rude.

Good products, bad communication
Quality of materials is high, but they never update me on the status of special orders. I have to call them.

Quality materials and supply
They always have what we need for our projects. Staff is generally helpful though it can get quite busy at the counter.

Mixed results on delivery
Sometimes delivery is on time, sometimes it's hours late. Hard to plan a schedule around it. Materials themselves are top quality.

Never had an issue here. They get me my quotes quickly and the materials are always waiting when I arrive. Good team.
