Never felt pressured. They took the time to show me how to properly secure my bike on my trailer and checked the tire pressure for me too.

Solid bike but long paperwork
Great bike for a good price. Took a while to get through the financing paperwork even though I had my own pre-approval, but I'm happy with the ride.

Hidden fees ruined the deal
Was told one price on the phone and then saw a bunch of unexpected dealer fees once I got to the office. Wasted my afternoon for nothing.

The staff were nice enough, but the bike I wanted was already sold. They tried to steer me toward other stuff I didn't want, but they're not bad people.
