Safe and professional service
The staff really emphasize safety and proper handling. They were patient with my questions as a beginner. Truly the best shop in Titusville for newcomers.

Poor communication on stock
Called ahead about a part, was told they had it. Drove 30 minutes to get there and they didn't have it. Very frustrating waste of time.

Disappointing interaction
The person behind the counter seemed very annoyed that I asked questions about parts. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.
