The SUV is great, but sitting in the dealership for five hours waiting on finance was brutal. They could definitely be more efficient.

Hidden fees everywhere
Watch out for the 'doc fees' and dealer add-ons they tack on at the end. They tried to add $2,000 in junk fees to my final price.

Okay deal, poor communication
