They promised a callback regarding a transmission issue on my Jetta, but crickets. Had to drive back just to get a status update. Communication here is seriously lacking right now.

Good service, got my recall work done as requested. Just wish the shuttle service was a little more frequent, but the staff was friendly and professional throughout.

Disappointed by the final price after all the add-ons were tacked on. The finance guy was a bit aggressive. Definitely check your paperwork closely before signing anything here.

Had an engine light issue and they diagnosed it quickly. Parts were in stock, so they fixed it the same day. Saved me a headache for sure.
