Even with an appointment, it took over three hours for a simple oil change. There is no excuse for that kind of wait time when I am sitting in the lobby.

Dropped my car off for a simple sensor issue and they held it for three days without calling. I had to call them daily for updates. Very frustrating.

Took my Jetta in for a routine checkup and Sara handled everything perfectly. Fast, efficient, and they even washed the car before returning it. Highly recommend.
