Good selection and fair help
Found a nice used SUV. The salesman, Tony, was helpful, but we spent a while negotiating the trade-in price. Eventually, we got to a good spot.

Disappointed with vehicle condition
Found a few issues with the car right after buying it that were not disclosed to me. They didn't seem interested in fixing them once they had my money.
