Rented a generator and it wouldn't even start. Melissa tried to help, but they didn't have any others. Had to go elsewhere for my job.

Good variety of equipment
Jay helped me get what I needed. Everything was explained clearly regarding maintenance during the rental. Would give 5 stars if pickup was faster.

Decent place for rentals
Donald provided great service when picking up the equipment. The machine ran well, although it was a bit dirty on the outside. Otherwise, no issues.

Friendly staff and fair rates
Lisa handled the paperwork quickly. The rental process is pretty straightforward here. They have a massive inventory of quality tools and machines.
