Picked up a cement mixer and it wouldn't even start. The staff acted like it was my fault. Terrible experience, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Avoid this place entirely
Reserved a piece of equipment and when I got there they didn't have it. Totally wasted my morning and delayed my job site by a day.

Okay for small rentals
Staff is nice but the equipment selection was a bit limited today. Got what I needed eventually but it wasn't the exact model.

Fast turnaround times
These guys are fast. I was in and out with my excavator rental in under fifteen minutes. Best rental shop in Jacksonville.
