Dropped off a forklift and had to wait 45 minutes just to get someone to sign off on the return paperwork. Very inefficient.

Great staff and inventory
Used H&E for a large concrete job. The lift was clean and the controls were easy to use. The paperwork was straightforward too.

Equipment had maintenance issues
Rented a trencher that kept stalling out. Spent half the day dealing with it instead of working. Not the reliable service I expected from H&E.
