drove two hours to see a vehicle they said was ready. got there and the engine light was on. nobody told me before i made the trip. very frustrated.

Disappointing wait
called ahead to see a sedan but it wasn't ready when i arrived. sat in the lobby for over an hour. sales guy seemed overwhelmed and kept disappearing.
