Bought a used truck from HAIMS and everything was top notch. The staff, especially the finance guys, made the whole process easy. Truck runs perfectly after a few months of use.

The car was in great condition and exactly what I needed. My only gripe is the waiting time while they prepared the papers. Bring something to do, but the car is worth it.

Bought a car that started making a loud screeching noise within a week. They told me it was normal, then told me it wasn't covered. Terrible customer service and low quality cars.
