Booked an SUV online but they tried to slap on a bunch of hidden insurance fees at the counter. Had to wait over an hour for a car that wasn't even the one I reserved.

    Smooth rental for my family trip

    Betty made the pickup process so easy. The sedan was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Definitely coming back to Hampton for our next Florida trip.
