Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The room was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite. It is nice to see a hotel that still prioritizes quality service and cleanliness.

The AC in our room sounded like a jet engine all night. We called the front desk twice and were told they were full so we couldn't switch rooms. For the price, I expected a lot better experience.

Overall a very positive experience. Great pool area and decent gym for a quick workout. My only minor complaint is that the Wi-Fi was a little spotty in the evenings, but it was otherwise a solid stay.

The staff really goes above and beyond here. Sarah went out of her way to help us with local dinner recommendations that were spot on. The hotel is perfectly located and very easy to get in and out of.

We arrived at 4pm but our room wasn't ready until almost 5:30. Nobody offered an apology or a status update while we were sitting in the lobby. Not the professional experience I usually get at Hampton.

I am quite picky about hotels and this place impressed me. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The staff were professional and very helpful with my late checkout request. Highly recommend.

I stay here whenever I visit family in Odessa and it never disappoints. The staff is always so friendly and the lobby is well-maintained. Always quiet and peaceful for a good night of sleep.

Had a fantastic stay here. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Marcus at the front desk was very welcoming during check-in. The hot breakfast buffet had plenty of options and stayed stocked throughout the morning.

I could hear everything happening in the room next door all night long. The walls are paper thin. I didn't get any sleep during my two-night stay. Probably won't be staying at this specific location again.
