We enjoy the scenery here and the ramp is generally well kept. Perfect for our small bass boat. No issues at all.

Totally neglected boat ramp
The debris at the bottom of the ramp damaged my hull. It hasn't been cleared in forever and is a danger to boats.

Unsafe and poorly maintained
The concrete is crumbling and slick with algae. Almost slipped twice just getting my boat in the water. Avoid if you can.
