Showed up for my 9 AM appointment and they didn't even have me on the books. Had to leave and reschedule. Very disappointed.

Mixed feelings on the service
The staff is friendly, but I had to wait three weeks for a simple part to arrive for my Outback. A bit frustrating.

Good experience overall
Service team is very knowledgeable. The only minor downside was the waiting area was crowded. Otherwise, great job on my Subaru.

Easiest car purchase ever
We traded in our old sedan and got a great deal on a new Crosstrek. The financing team was wonderful to work with.
