Broken equipment wasted my time
Rented a pressure washer that wouldn't start. Had to drive back and swap it out. Ruined my Saturday morning schedule. Not very happy.

Hidden fees and rude staff
They added a bunch of extra fees at the register that weren't mentioned on the phone. Then the guy behind the counter was super dismissive.

Terrible customer service experience
The manager was incredibly rude when I returned a tool that was slightly dusty. I will never rent from here again, stay away.
