Kimberly was really knowledgeable about the specs of the truck I wanted. The financing process was good, just wish there were more snacks in the lobby for waiting.

Found a decent SUV but the negotiating phase took a while. William was nice enough, but I think they could be more upfront about the extra documentation fees.

Sandra was super helpful with the test drive process. I never felt pressured and she gave me plenty of time to inspect the engine bay on the truck I was buying.
