I went in for a standard service and the bill was double what I expected. They added extra fees without clear explanation.

Helpful staff, nice selection
There are always plenty of bikes to look at. The staff is very friendly and never makes you feel pressured to buy.

Terrible service experience
They had my bike for a week and didn't even start the work. When I called, they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Avoid.
