Poor communication at the counter
Stood there for a while without being acknowledged. When I finally got helped, the guy didn't seem to know much about the specs.

Disappointing range experience
The range was crowded and disorganized. I had to wait forever to get checked in and the range master was pretty rude.

Drove all the way there for a specific item that their website said was in stock, but it was nowhere to be found.
