Dan was awesome! He came out the same day to look at my washer. Had the part in his van and fixed it in 20 minutes. Highly recommend him.

Part took way too long
The tech was nice enough, but it took three weeks to get a simple part for the dishwasher. Seems like they should keep more common parts in stock.

Saved the day with our freezer
