Part took way too long
The tech was nice enough, but it took three weeks to get a simple part for the dishwasher. Seems like they should keep more common parts in stock.

Saved the day with our freezer
Our freezer died and we were going to lose all our food. They showed up within two hours and replaced the thermostat. Lifesavers!
