I was promised my car would be ready by noon but didn't hear from them until 5 PM. Then I found a scratch on the door they didn't have before. Terrible.

I came in for my first service and they provided a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait. Communication was excellent the whole time.

I just leased a new GV80 and the process was so quick. The staff here is really high class compared to other luxury dealers I've been to.

My car is great but man, the OEM parts and service costs are definitely on the high end. Just keep that in mind when buying.

I had a minor issue with the infotainment system and they fixed it instantly while I waited. Really happy with how they treat owners.
