I dropped off my script for my son and was told an hour. Came back two hours later and they hadn't even started it. Then they messed up the dosage. Very frustrating experience.

I had a major issue with my insurance coverage and Sarah stayed on the phone for 20 minutes to get it cleared up. Excellent service.

The staff here is very friendly and usually gets my prescriptions ready quickly. Sarah is always helpful when I have insurance questions. Just wish the drive-thru line wasn't so long at 5pm.

The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, but other times the wait is ridiculous. They need more staff behind the counter.
