The clerk was on his phone the whole time I was trying to ask about a radio. Didn't even care to help me find the specific part number.

Staff was rude
Was ignored for ten minutes while two employees chatted. I just wanted to buy a battery. Left and bought it online instead. Too bad.

Very helpful staff
They took the time to show me how the device worked. Nice change of pace compared to the big box stores where nobody knows anything.

Always have what I need
Found exactly the adapter I was looking for. The shop is small but stocked well. I will be back for my next electronic project soon.

Price was high
Felt like I overpaid for a basic HDMI cable. The service was fine but the sticker shock was real. Might look elsewhere next time.
