Stunning resort and great staff
Everyone was so polite from check-in to check-out. We had a minor issue with the sink, and maintenance came within twenty minutes to fix it. Excellent.

Top tier accommodations in Orlando
Our suite was massive and had everything we needed. It was so nice having a full kitchen to prep snacks for the park days. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic stay for our group

Disappointed by housekeeping service
Room wasn't properly stocked when we arrived, and we had to call three times to get extra towels. For the price, I expected way better attention.

Nice property but very busy
The grounds are beautiful but it is incredibly crowded. Took us forever to find pool chairs, and the restaurant lines were ridiculous in the morning.

Perfect for a Disney getaway
So close to the parks but far enough away to actually relax. The shuttle service was reliable and the resort activities kept the kids entertained all day.
