The house itself is excellent and built to a high standard. We just had a bit of trouble with the final landscaping schedule, but it was resolved after a few emails.

I was worried about the stress of building, but this team made it seamless. They handled all the permitting and inspections without me having to worry about a thing.

The house was supposed to be move-in ready by July, but we faced constant delays with the contractors. Nobody would return my calls for weeks. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency throughout the construction phase.
