The house is lovely, but the sales staff was pretty slow getting the final closing documents to us. We ended up chasing them down quite a bit at the end.

I was worried about the stress of building, but this team made it seamless. They handled all the permitting and inspections without me having to worry about a thing.

The house was supposed to be move-in ready by July, but we faced constant delays with the contractors. Nobody would return my calls for weeks. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency throughout the construction phase.
