I was impressed by how thorough the walkthrough was. The builders made sure every little paint touch-up and cabinet hinge was perfect before we signed. It shows they take pride in their work.

The house was supposed to be move-in ready by July, but we faced constant delays with the contractors. Nobody would return my calls for weeks. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency throughout the construction phase.
