Dropped off my accord at 8am. They promised it by noon. Did not get a call until 5pm. Nobody could tell me why it took so long. I am pretty frustrated by the total lack of updates.

Service was fine but they forgot to reset my maintenance light. Had to drive back to get that sorted. They fixed it quick but still a minor annoyance.

They fixed my squeaky brakes fast. Sarah in the office was helpful with the billing. The price felt fair for a dealer service. Solid experience overall.

Took my Odyssey in for a recall fix. Everything was handled correctly. They also noticed a small fluid leak and alerted me before it became a real problem.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Service was prompt. Only downside was the parking lot being really packed when I arrived. Otherwise totally fine.
