The apartment itself is well-designed and the location is perfect. Had a small leak under the sink that took two days to fix, but overall good.

I've been a resident for over a year and I love it. The management team is very responsive and the grounds are kept clean regularly.

The building is fine for the price, but the amenities aren't always kept in the best shape. Staff is nice though, just spread thin.
