Things have been so much smoother lately. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the office staff is actually reachable when you need them.

Extremely disappointed with living conditions
I have had nothing but problems since I moved in. The AC broke twice in one month and the property manager won't return my emails.

Great place to live
I've been a resident for over a year and I love it. The management team is very responsive and the grounds are kept clean regularly.

Decent location, high rent
The building is fine for the price, but the amenities aren't always kept in the best shape. Staff is nice though, just spread thin.
